What you will Learn over Six Weeks

In module one, you will learn transformative tools to help you set up a foundation for feeling good.

You will learn to meditate and how to journal your way to clarity and calm.  You will also learn the basics of manifestation, and how you can start to co-create with the Universe. 

This week focuses on your relationship to your body and helping you to feel healthier and more vibrant in your body.  You will learn ways to move your. body that feel good, how to nourish your body from the inside out, and how to speak to your body with greater kindness. 

In module three you learn how to activate more happiness and joy in your life.  You will practice cultivating more pleasure and beauty in your life, design your bite sized pleasure practices, and learn how to embody more of your radiant energy. 

In week four, you will learn tools and practices to help you let go of the past so that you can rise into a beautiful new future. 

You will be guided through rituals and reflections to help you let go of what is no longer serving you so that you can begin a new chapter of vibrancy, confidence, and inner peace. 

In week five, you will explore exercises designed to help you determine who you are and what you want for yourself in your life.  The reflections will help you design a vision for your future that you are truly excited about.  This is about figuring out your best "day in the life" and then determining the steps to take to actually get you there.

At this point you are feeling amazing, so the final week is about learning tools to connect you to your intuition, your soul, and your spiritual practice so that you can continue to feel lit up and inspired.  You will learn how to follow the moon cycles, how to channel your intuition, and how to come back into alignment any time you need to.

By the end of six weeks...

  • Felt more confident, more aligned and more excited about life than you have in a long time; 
  • Become the happiest person you know.

Each week you'll receive  guidance through access to a new module containing daily video tutorials, meditations, and workbooks to help you connect with yourself.  You can power through each module a week, or spread it out over time.  

By the end of the six weeks you will be feeling confident, full of passion and ready to make your life the best it can be from an intentional, empowered and inspired place within yourself.
