I'm too in my head. I don't know how to meditate. I would probably be less stressed if I meditate. I'm too busy to meditate. Meditation is too out there for me. I just don't know how to make meditation a habit.

So here it is: meditation is for you, and it's my mission to bring meditation to people who need it the most but find that the practice inaccessible or intimidating, or who have dabbled with different meditation apps but are looking to establish an ongoing practice.

There have now been a myriad of studies confirming the significant benefits of meditation. The studies have shown meditation can make your brain stay sharp, strengthens the part of your brain responsible for rational, logical decision making, shrinks the part of your brain that makes you feel stressed, keeps your mind clear, focused, and calm, and has added benefits of causing greater feelings of compassion and love, cardiovascular improvement, and increase in memory capacity. It really is a miracle tool and it truly changed my life.
