NOSARA, costa rica - april 14 - 21, 2018
We’re Catherine Cowan and Catie Fenn, curators and guiding lights of a magical week we’d love you to be a part of. Our intention is to create a safe and comfortable space for you to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and your deepest desires.
Nosara is the most magical place we know of! The grounding and healing energy of the jungle and the clarity and insights that come from the beach are unlike any other place we’ve ever been too.
This is the most idyllic venue for Journey to the heart, a nourishing and inspirational week of yoga, meditation, soul work, intention setting and connection with other beautiful like-minded souls.
This transformational and heart opening week will allow you tune in to yourself so you can release the things holding you back so you can shine as the truest and most confident expression of YOU.
And… you’ll love the Costa Rican Yoga Spa – it’s a truly breathtaking location to surrender into and embrace all we have in store for you.
Join us and soak up the inspirational week we’ve created in one of the most magical places on earth!
