"Here’s where I come out on this topic: we are complete with or without a mate, with or without a child. We get to decide for ourselves what is beautiful when it comes to our bodies. That decision is ours and ours alone." - Jennifer Aniston
Say it with me "I am complete".
You are complete right now, in this moment, in this second.
You'll also be complete when you get abs, buy a vacation property, create a business, get married, make six figures, have a child, take that trip.
You'll also be complete when you're infuriated, when your heart gets ripped out of your chest, when you're devastated and crying on your bed, when you lose the job, when you end a relationship, when you eat too much pizza, when you have too many drinks, when you say the wrong thing, when you are all alone, when you're not there yet.
"I am complete".
Because "being complete" doesn't come from anything other than accepting the moment right now as it is. It means "I am here", which is the exact moment you are supposed to be in because it's the moment that you are there. In that moment you are complete because there you are - your heart is beating, your lungs are breathing, your eyes are observing. The choice is whether you can allow yourself to just BE where you ARE.
Can you allow yourself to believe that you are complete just for being HERE right now.
Can you allow yourself to believe that you are complete not because of any role you play or thing you've done, but because of what you are right NOW - both your perfection and your imperfections - it's just you, yourself, trying to do the best you can in this moment with what you have and what you know, which is perfect. Thinking that you are going to be complete when something manifests in your life or the past replays itself is an illusion. Set yourself free.
