Taking vacation and time to unwind does not make you less valuable. there's a whole culture scoffing at anyone who actually takes their vacation days or who use part of their day to unwind and spend time recharging. I call bullshit. taking time to mindfully enjoy your surroundings, meditate, or just rest will return to you in hugely positive ways. our minds and bodies only have the capacity to take on so much before we burn out. help prevent burnout by being unapologetic about the mindful moments you take for yourself. be unapologetic about taking CARE of yourself.
