Gratitude - not just for thanksgiving. What three things are you grateful for today?
I am grateful for: the opportunity to go to the woods this weekend, my fingers for typing this, and for my oldest friends who are joining me in the woods this weekend.
What I've noticed is when I'm not doing a gratitude practice, things don't flow as easily. It puts me in a space of lack - of things being not good enough OR things being okay just the way they are. I always want to be growing - moving forward and levelling up, but the universe won't always reward us with new opportunities until we appreciate all that we HAVE.
