Right now I am celebrating my body every time I move it. Instead of pushing it too hard, getting annoyed at it, or not listening to it, I'm practicing celebrating it for all it can do.
I'm celebrating that when its too tired, it can tell me that. I'm celebrating that when its feeling strong, it aches to be pushed physically. I'm celebrating that sometimes I think I can't do something - like a pose in yoga - and then I'll of the sudden I'll hit it and be totally amazed at my body's ability to prove to me what it's capable of.
